To all the staff, we want to thank-you for all you've done to make our stay in Melbourne so enjoyable. Apartment 604 is a fabulous apartment and we appreciate your effort to move us into that space. The reception and office staff have been friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable of the area and helpful when we come to them with questions. They willingly stored things for us and helped us book other accommodations in other cities. We truly appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff. We are so spoiled! they, too were always pleasant and responded positively to any requests we made, especially when we had guests staying with us.

I have been delivering training in the conference centre for nearly a year. I have at all times found the venue to be prepared to such professional standard and very suitable for classroom based training.
